1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules regulate the conditions and procedures for purchasing training, gift vouchers, and advance payments on the website where services are provided by
UAB “Training Organization Group”, company code: 302861025, registered office: Senasis Ukmergės kel. 4,
Užubalių k., LT-14302 Vilnius.
1.2. These rules apply to all buyers purchasing services or vouchers through the website and are considered a mandatory legal document.
1.3. The seller reserves the right to change the rules at any time, but the new version does not apply to already concluded purchase-sale transactions.
2. Services
2.1. The following can be purchased on the website:
- Occupational safety (employee safety) training services;
- Navigation training services;
- Heavy transport training services;
- Firearm possession for self-defense training services;
- Electronic gift vouchers for training;
- Make advance payments for future training.
2.2. Each service or voucher description provides detailed information about the training topic, duration, price, and validity conditions.
3. Order Submission
3.1. The buyer, having selected the desired training or voucher, must provide the necessary data (name, surname, email address, phone number).
3.2. The order is considered valid only upon receipt of payment.
3.3. After successful payment, the buyer receives an order confirmation and (if applicable) an electronic voucher in PDF format via email.
4. Prices
4.1. All prices on the website are indicated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, if applicable.
4.2. The seller reserves the right to change prices, but the prices valid at the time of the order remain unchanged.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių bank electronic banking services. Payments are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
5.2. If advance payment is chosen, the remaining amount must be paid no less than 1 business day before the start of the training.
6. Service Provision Conditions
6.1. Training is conducted on specified dates either in-person or remotely, as indicated in the training description.
6.2. The buyer is obliged to provide accurate participant data during registration. The buyer is responsible for incorrectly provided data.
6.3. If the training does not take place due to the seller’s fault, all paid money is refunded to the buyer or an alternative date is offered.
7. Gift Vouchers
7.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
7.2. The voucher can be used once for the specified training service. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.
7.3. If the voucher value exceeds the training price, the difference is not refunded.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1. According to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase of services within 14 calendar days if the service has not yet been provided and no specific service date has been set.
8.2. If the training has already started or been completed before the end of the 14-day period, no refund is given.
8.3. Gift vouchers that have expired are not exchangeable or compensable.
9. Data Protection
9.1. The personal data provided by the buyer is processed in accordance with the applicable GDPR requirements. More details – [Privacy Policy].
10. Liability
10.1. The buyer is responsible for providing correct data.
10.2. The seller is not responsible if the buyer did not receive the service due to incorrectly provided email or other contact information.
10.3. The seller is not responsible for disruptions in the operation of third parties (e.g., payment intermediaries or banks).
11. Final Provisions
11.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
